a word from Plantress

What a beautiful day it has been.  Crab cakes for dinner-made correctly by Richard.  Mine always fall apart in the pan.  His are light and crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.  Yum!

I think I can see freedom beckoning.  Working in a school gives you that unbeatable vacation.  I am so excited for the summer to begin.  Every summer I say I'm going to lose weight but this year maybe I will!  i have projects planned.  Right now I am just happy for tomorrow.
