Finally we are getting some rain! I went to an auto salvage yard today in Westminster, MD and they were soo nice! I needed a switch for the 3rd brake light on a 98 ford escort. Found it, paid $2, passed inspection!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go team me. I am so proud of myself for pushing through and getting it done. Now it can become daughter Liz's new car!
Who doesn't love a good old car? We like to ride them til they die.

ReplyDeleteHey clever girl, great idea to grab parts at an auto salvage. Just because a car's been wrecked doesn't mean all it's parts are bad...save the good stuff and recycle while saving some hard earned cash in the process. You get a Girl Scout Badge for that one. :)
