Today was the first day back for the girls, and, as always happens even after all these years, I find myself immediately turning into Mrs Grundy, the mean old woman in the office.
I’m not sure how or why it happens. I am full of good intentions. I am organized and ready for their return. I think it must be that the same “thing” inside me that makes me good at the paperwork makes me become the Grinch when it comes to spontaneous changes. The paperwork is complete! The order is set! Don’t change anything-that’s my motto. Got to work on that.
On a bright note, the girls look fabu.
